Accounting connections
We understand the importance of having an accounting system integrated with the ticketing system.
This can be done based on reports in the Ticketcounter system that are manually entered into the accounting system. The reports provide an overview by general ledger account, but you can click through to the details down to the order level. Here you will find details such as when payment was made, which method was used, when the tickets were scanned, and what additional information is available, etc.
It is even easier to link the accounting to Ticketcounter. We then make a booking in the accounting system every night with the online and/or cash register revenues. Cancellations, refunds, partial payments or partial cancellations are also included..
Again, reports are available where you can click through to the details from the general ledger account.
POS Connections
Besides our own entrance POS, we also offer integrations with various other cash register suppliers.
For example, if you have catering requirements that our POS system cannot meet, we are happy to link with these suppliers.
