On May 10th The National Park De Hoge Veluwe Foundation and Ticketcounter signed a partnership agreement for the upcoming years. During that time, Ticketcounter will be responsible for all ticket sales (on-site and online) as well as the technology for access control on site for the largest privately-owned nature reserve in the Netherlands. Ticketcounter will also become a sponsor of the Edelhert Circle.

Monique Kokke, head of visitor management at Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe: "The park strives to present its online offer of entrance tickets, activities and rental products as clearly as possible and to have it function properly. With this partnership, we are taking the next step in improving the customer journey of our visitors."

With the collaboration, the Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe Foundation is greatly expanding its online services in particular. Visitors will be able to book various excursions, guided tours & workshops as well as rental products via the website of Stichting Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. Ticketcounter's ticket sales will contribute significantly to the park's sustainability goals.

Ticketcounter CEO Sjoerd Bakker: "One of our offices is, just like most of National Park De Hoge Veluwe, located in the municipality of Ede. This makes it feel like 'coming home' when we enter the Park during the implementation and integration of our solutions. We are really very happy with, and proud of, this wonderful partnership. A partnership in which we can completely unburden them with regard to ticketing!

With the completion of this project, a major step has been taken in the 'entrance redesign' project of the National Park De Hoge Veluwe Foundation and the park is ready for the future.

Ticketcounter BV has been the ticketing partner for day recreation since 2006. With offices in Rotterdam, Ede and Cologne, they serve and relieve zoos, amusement parks, museums and event organizers in the field of ticket sales (online and onsite) and access control.
